Oliver Sport NZ Championships that was planned for the weekend 29-31st October, but was sadly cancelled after being rescheduled twice. With a number of  high perfoming squash players from Auckland and Waikato unable to attend due to lockdown, it was agreed New Zealand’s top player can not be crowned fairly without all districts present. Squash NZ and the districts decided to still run a national event since all logistics were already planned and in place for it, but it would run under a different name, Oliver Sport NZ Classic.
