Henderson were the big winners on the night at Round 3 of the 2018 Auckland Premier League at the Browns Bay Racquets Club on Tuesday night.  They have opened up a comfortable 10 points lead at the top of the table after seeing off an injury-plauged Browns Bay side 14 points to 3.  One of two big upsets on the night saw top junior Leo Fatialofa claim a huge win over A1 player Chris Lloyd as Henderson proved too strong for the home side winning all four matches.

Royal Oak moved into fourth spot with a comfortable 12 points to 4 victory over Eden Epsom winning three matches to one, with Justin Sayes picking up the lone Eden Epsom win over Richard Thompson.  The third fixture saw Papakura put up another strong effort despite missing their regular #1 player.  Shane Moaut caused a boilover with a four game win over higher-ranked Brady James, with Jason Browne also picking up another Papakura 'W' with a tough five-setter over North Shore captain Ryan Kothe.

The Premier League heads south next Tuesday 22nd May where the Papakura Tennis & Squash Club will host the teams as the competition reaches the mid-point.
